You might say the rain has been pretty strong and the rivers are high. Not to be alarmed or anything, but I hear the animals are starting to line up two by two!
Here’s some video from about 9:30 AM that I took along the paved section of Tremont Road and along Little River near the Indian Head.
These water levels are unusual, but certainly not unheard of. We’ll get water like this every few years and it’s actually pretty useful. It blows out trees that have fallen into the river and will even create some new pools or riffles in some spots. The river is always changing.
