It’s been an incredibly busy summer of guiding and I’m sure our personal fishing time has suffered. With that in mind, it’s always gratifying to prove to ourselves that we actually remember how to use the equipment, not just help others catch fish.
This fish ate a popper in about two feet of water in a stream I’ve never fished for smallmouth bass. Chances are very good I’ll be returning!
