As a dedicated advocate for the Orvis Vision, Abbie strives to inspire the world to love the adventure and wonder in nature. With over a decade of fly fishing experience, she not only champions the therapeutic power of the outdoors but also actively promotes female representation in the sport, empowering women to embrace fishing as a rewarding and enriching pursuit. Charity has been working with Abbie in the fly fishing industry since 2017 helping promote women in fly fishing and the outdoors.
Join us for this transformative experience, where we’ll blend the peaceful energy of yoga with the meditative rhythm of fly fishing in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. Connect with like minded women – whether you’re a seasoned yogi or an experienced angler, or even if you’re new to both. This retreat offers the perfect space to unwind, find balance, and connect with nature in the Great Smoky Mountains of Townsend, Tennessee

Retreat with Lodging in the Luxury Glamping Tents at Little Arrow Outdoor Resort

Luxury glamping tents deliver one of the Smokies’ most unique camping experiences. Two bedrooms – one queen room, one bunk room in each luxury tent marries a magical wilderness atmosphere with the comforts of home. Accommodations are furnished with generous amenities including, plush bedding, a bathroom with shower, heat and air conditioning, refrigerator with freezer, and a fire pit with grill grate. The Luxury Glamping Tent features an extra level of luxury with wood floors and wooden walls separating living spaces, as well as a small kitchen and dining space.

If you want to reserve a campsite to bring your own camper/RV or if you live locally and would prefer to sleep in your own bed this option is for you. Maybe you would just prefer to rent a big cabin with five of your girlfriends, or bring a group from your fishing club, that works too! Little Arrow Outdoor Resort offers a variety of options from larger vacation homes to airstream rentals, RV sites and tiny homes all available on the same grounds as our event. Townsend offers a wide variety of lodging in town and near camp as well.

Fly fishing and Yoga!
Though fly fishing and yoga may seem worlds apart at first glance, both share an incredible harmony of mindfulness, balance, and the pursuit of flow. In fly fishing, just like in yoga, every movement and every breath has a purpose. Whether you’re balancing on a yoga mat or standing ankle-deep in a flowing river, you’re invited to let go of distractions and focus on the present moment.
In yoga, we practice awareness through movement and breath, tuning into the rhythm of our bodies and the world around us. On the river, fly fishing is no different. The perfect cast requires patience, precision, and a calm mind—qualities also cultivated through a dedicated yoga practice. Both invite us to surrender to the process, allowing us to find peace and stillness, whether we’re holding a yoga pose or waiting for the subtle take of the fly.
When you’re out in the natural beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains, these two practices come together in a powerful way. Imagine starting your day with a grounding yoga session, moving through poses designed to awaken your body and quiet your mind. Then, you step into the cool mountain waters, casting your line as you breathe in sync with the river’s flow. Each moment becomes an opportunity for mindfulness, and every cast becomes an extension of your practice.
This retreat is more than just an adventure—it’s a chance to dive into stillness, both on the mat and in the water.

Any refunds will have a 3% credit card fee subtracted from payments made.
